Montana can help overturn Citizens United and end the legal fiction of corporate personhood!

Senators have a responsibility to listen to the demands of their constituents, so as Montanans, WE MUST convince Sen. Tester and Sen. Daines to co-sponsor the strongest amendment to get big money and corporate interests out of our elections.

The We the People Amendment goes beyond just Overturning Citizens United, it establishes that constitutional rights belong to human beings, not corporations, and that money is not a form of political speech to be used to influence our elections.

→ Montanans need our Senators to co-sponsor the We the People Amendment because it is the only solution that overturns and addresses the root cause of Citizens United and dark money -- corporate constitutional rights and money defined as free speech. 

→ 74.67% of Montanans, with a majority in every county, passed Citizens Initiative 166 calling for the amendment to stop BOTH money and the corporate use of human Constitutional rights.

→ The only way to go above a Supreme Court ruling is through a constitutional Amendment.  We stopped the Copper Barons and we can overrule the Supreme Court!    

→ The We the People Amendment establishes that only human beings, not corporations, have constitutional rights, and that money is not a form of political speech to be used to influence our elections.
