This We The People Wednesday, we are celebrating a historic victory - and issuing a call to action.
Last night, in a major upset, Zohran Mamdani defeated Andrew Cuomo and the political establishment in the NYC mayoral race - a powerful example of what’s possible when grassroots movements organize, mobilize, and fight for bold, popular demands. This was a win for the people, by the people, and it sends a clear message: we don’t have to accept billionaire rule and corporate dominance as inevitable.

But we must keep going.
Victories like this prove we can push back against corporate power and creeping authoritarianism - but only if we stay united, focused, and urgent. That’s why we need to build unstoppable momentum behind the We The People Amendment (H.J. Res.54) to make it clear: corporations are not people, and money is not speech.
We are already up to 60 total House sponsors this session, including 2 new champions Reps. Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) and Teresa Leger-Fernandez (NM-03) that were just added last night. But we must keep the pressure on and be the change we want to see by acting NOW - before it’s too late.
We’re also working hard to introduce the amendment in the Senate this year. That means we need grassroots pressure now more than ever. It is well past time Congress caught up with the will of the people.

🎯 Live in Georgia or Rhode Island? You’re in a Key Position
We’re working hard to get the We The People Amendment introduced in the Senate this session. We need constituents from Georgia and Rhode Island to let them know how popular - and necessary - this legislation is by calling their office or using the One Click Politics tool below.

Thank you for being part of this movement, keep fighting the good fight!
P.S We Can’t Do This Without You!
Together, we are on the verge of something historic.
But our ability to continue this fight depends on your continued involvement and support.
