The City of South Euclid will hold a public hearing on May 11, 2021 at 6:00 (eastern) pm to support an Amendment to the US Constitution to establish the corporations are not people entitled to Constitutional rights and corporate money is not to be used as free speech.
The citizens of South Euclid approved this public hearing by ballot initiative at the November 2016 election to study the impact of for the purpose of studying the impact of political contributions by corporations, unions, political action committees (PACS) and independents expenditure-only committees (Super PACS).
The Hearing will take place virtually via ZOOM Meeting. A link to join the meeting will be available beginning May 7, 2021 and available until the end of the meeting via the City’s homepage at www.cityofsoutheuclid.com.
