🏛️ 2025 Year-End Update:
While Washington continues to churn with political stalling, partisan chaos, and nonstop headline drama, one effort has quietly — and steadily — moved in the opposite direction: We The People Amendment (H.J.Res.54).
In a year when little else advanced in Congress, our amendment did.
Just this week, Rep. Daniel S. Goldman (NY-10) became our newest cosponsor, bringing the total to 68 members of Congress supporting H.J.Res.54 — the strongest early-session momentum we’ve had in years. And that momentum didn’t happen in a vacuum. It happened because you made calls, signed petitions, met with lawmakers, organized locally, and refused to let corporate rule go unchallenged.

That same grassroots determination powered a breakthrough year for Move to Amend:

We surpassed 527,000 petition signatures on the Motion to Amend.

More than 725 localities have now passed resolutions demanding constitutional change.

Our national presence grew across labor, climate, racial justice, peace, and youth movements.

Affiliates and volunteers mobilized at major actions — from Earth Day and the Women’s March to Labor Day, No Kings Day, and anti-war mobilizations with Veterans for Peace.

Our Eco-Net, Labor Caucus, Coalition Call, and Movement Education programs expanded dramatically, growing a nationwide base ready to tackle corporate power at its roots.

And our message reached millions through new videos, trainings, webinars, and viral social media campaigns.
2025 proved something profound:
Even when Congress is gridlocked, even when democracy feels fragile, the movement to end corporate rule continues to grow — because people everywhere are demanding it.
But gaining ground isn’t the same as winning. We still need your voice and your power:
