Through their immense wealth, corporations have taken control of our elections and our courts. They are able to bend society to their will, namely profit - no matter the cost on We the People.  

The We the People Amendment (HJR48) is a proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The amendment asserts that

• Artificial Entities Such as Corporations Do Not Have Constitutional Rights
• Money is Not Free Speech

In other words, a corporation is not a person. Money is not speech. Period.

Move to Amend is leading this effort. Elections, laws and regulations cannot reverse constitutional decisions. We need a Constitutional Amendment and we need your help.

Last session we achieved 95 co-sponsors of HJR48, including 3 Texans.

The 118th Congress was sworn in on January 3rd, 2023. Our goal this session is at least 125. There are 38 Representatives from Texas, and we need your help winning their support.
