We the People Wednesdays - August 26, 2026

During Seven Days in DC, Move to Amend organizers took the We the People Amendment directly to Capitol Hill.

We met with 60+ House and Senate offices to talk about the We the People Amendment (H.J.Res. 54) and the urgent need to end corporate constitutional rights and money as protected political speech.

Those meetings opened doors and built relationships.

Members of Congress hear from organizations and lobbyists every day. What makes the difference is hearing directly from the people they represent back home.

Our work didn't stop in the House.

We also met with U.S. Senate offices to build support for bringing the We the People Amendment to the Senate.
