Join Move to Amend and March of Progress on Road to Liberty: From Philadelphia to Washington, D.C.—and you are invited to walk, welcome, support, connect and stand with the marchers along the way.
September is Underground Railroad Month, and each day of this 12-day journey we'll travel historic trails, on iconic days, bringing a demand for Justice to the seat of power.  Marchers will depart from Independence Hall on September 6—the anniversary of the Mayflower setting sail—begin “The Star-Spangled Banner” Day at Fort McHenry, and arrive in Washington, D.C., on Constitution Day, September 17, commemorating the signing of the U.S. Constitution.
The United States has a checkered history. Our nation has gradually expanded the right to vote and made important efforts to protect the natural world, but American democracy has always been a work in progress. Now it is our responsibility to carry that work forward.

We the People Demand:

• The impeachment, conviction, and removal of Donald J. Trump.
• Legislation to protect biodiversity and stop the mass extinction.
• Money out of politics. A corporation is not a person, and money is not First Amendment speech.

You do not have to walk the entire route to make a difference. Join for a day, a mile, or a community stop. Welcome marchers when they arrive, provide food or supplies, help organize a local gathering, share the march online, or meet them in Washington, D.C., for the final Constitution Day arrival.

• Thu. 9/17: College Park to Washington, D.C. — Signing of the U.S. Constitution

Whether you walk beside the marchers, greet them with a sign, bring water, organize a meal, offer a place to rest, or amplify their message, your participation matters.
