You are invited to join Georgia State Coalition for an online training program entitled “How to Lobby Effectively During COVID-19” with Jeff Willard.
The training is primarily focused on how to lobby Georgia state legislators, but the methods transfer well to federal legislators as well.
The proposed campaigns to lobby include U.S. House Reps and Senators, but also a campaign to introduce a resolution of intent in the Georgia Legislature that makes clear that Georgia supports the “We the People” Amendment when it comes to the state for ratification.
More about Jeffrey (Jeff) A. Willard
Jeff is a social activist and advocate for over 50 years. 
He is Co-Chair of Tzedek Georgia: A Reform Jewish Advocacy Group. He is the recipient of the 2018 Social Justice Hero Award by the Atlanta Metro Community Mikvah and the ACLU of Georgia’s 2010 Owen Winters Volunteer Award. He serves as 2nd Vice President of the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Georgia. He is also a member of the Georgia Reform Justice Partnership.
As a citizen advocate, Jeff lobbies the Georgia Legislature for Tzedek Georgia. He also teaches citizens how to effectively lobby legislators for several other social justice organizations. He has lobbied in the Missouri, Tennessee, New Jersey and Georgia Legislatures and the United States Congress.
